Poster Prize Contest

Every year ECIS awards the best posters of young researchers and PhD students. At ECIS 2018, five prizes are sponsored by Elsevier.

Enzo Ferroni award for a young scientist

Overbeek Gold Medal 2018

The Overbeek Gold Medal is designed as an award that recognizes extended periods of scientific excellence, including excellent careers in, and inspiring contributions to, the field of colloid and interface science. Exerowa-Platikanov Award

Exerowa-Platikanov Award supported by Institute of Physical Chemistry of the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences, will be given to a young scientis for the best oral presentation in the thematic trend of Surface Forces, Foams and Emulsions for the first time at ECIS2018. Applicants must possess a PhD with a scientific activity not longer than the PhD plus 7 years. More details are available here.

Solvay Prize 2018

The ECIS-Solvay Prize is annually granted to a European scientist for original scientific work of outstanding quality, described in one or several publications, patents or other documents made public in the field of colloid and interface science in the previous five years.
