Call for Abstracts

Call for Abstracts is closed and status notifications were sent on 1.6.2018 to everyone who submitted their contributions. If you submitted an abstract and have not recieved a status notification via email, please check your spam folder or check if you recieved a confirmation email immediately after you submitted your abstract. If not, chances are the contact email you submitted is not correct.

Registration

Conference registration (including pre-conference Training Course) and accommodation are centrally handled by the Albatros Bled Congress Agency. Fees on the Registration and Accommodation Form are listed and charged in euro and will apply to payments received by the indicated deadlines. You can select one of the arranged accommodation possibilities or use an online service of your choice.

Conditions

ECIS member + ECIS membership fee for 2018: The registration fee includes 25 euro for the annual ECIS membership. By choosing this registration option, the participant either extends the existing ECIS membership by one year or becomes a new ECIS member. Regular participant: Participants who are not members of ECIS. Student + ECIS membership fee for 2018: The registration fee includes 5 euro for the annual ECIS membership. Student either extends the existing ECIS membership by one year or registers as a new ECIS member. Regular student: Students who are not members of ECIS. Student registrations: To qualify for the reduced student registration fee it is mandatory to send a letter/certificate from the university or tutor confirming your student status. ECIS membership fees: 25 euro per each regular participant and 5 euro per each student attendee are transferred to ECIS. Should you have any questions about this scheme, please contact the treasurer of ECIS.

All cancellations of Conference registration, which must include your full bank account details, should be sent in writing to the Conference Secretariat. Cancellations received no later than July 10, 2018 will be refunded in full except for the administrative fee of 50 EUR. Cancellation received after July 10 2018 will not be refunded.

All refunds will be paid after the Conference.

Special Issue COLSUA

Elsevier gives the opportunity to publish articles from the conference in a special issue of Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects (edited by Elsevier) after peer review process.

Colloids and Surfaces A: Physicochemical and Engineering Aspects is an international journal devoted to the science underlying applications of colloids and interfacial phenomena. The journal is indexed in Web of Science, current Impact Factor is 2.714, 5-Year Impact Factor of 2.838.

Special Issue Polymers

Polymers give the opportunity to publish articles from the conference in a special issue of selected papers from ECIS 2018 after peer review process.

Polymers is one of MDPI's open access journals (indexed in Web of Science, current Impact Factor 3.364, 5-Year Impact Factor of 4.330).
